AER Bulletin 2019-20: Public Land Disposition Applications Moving to OneStop
Release Date: Aug 06, 2019
On May 16, 2019, we issued Bulletin 2019-11: Public Land Disposition Applications Moving in OneStop. The updates were delayed and will now be implemented effective August 22, 2019.
Starting August 22, submissions as outlined in Bulletin 2019-11 will move from the Electronic Disposition System to OneStop. A system outage will be scheduled to implement these changes. Once available, further information about this outage will be posted on our System & Tools portal on our website, www.aer.ca.
We are also releasing today a new manual, Manual 018: OneStop PreApplication Manual, which outlines preapplication considerations for operators applying through the AER’s OneStop system for public land dispositions for energy resource activities.
This document only applies to dispositions issued by the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) under the Public Lands Act, the Public Lands Administration Regulation, and the Mines and Minerals Act, including formal dispositions, authorizations, and approvals as announced in Bulletin 2019-11.
Details about upcoming training sessions can be found on our website, www.aer.ca > Protecting What Matters > Giving Albertans a Voice > Events.
